A friend and I ordered the crab cake appetizer and immediately regretted it. There was no crab in it. Just stuffing and lightly seasoned. This should be removed from the menu.

The menu font and pricing is disingenuous and doesn’t match the output. Service was very friendly and hospitable but so are all Hilton staff. Table bread served with olive oil and basalmic, but softened butter would be better. The French onion soup was very good and rich. The main meal I ordered though was IHOP slop. I took a snap before digging in. I guess I was expecting Capital Grill or Flemings equivalent to baked lobster Mac on the side, but it was just runny mushy macaroni with a weird cheese sauce - one big pile of nothing special. It had tiny specs of lobster in it but not much. I also ordered as medium steak but it was well done. The meat lacked any seasoning and it tasted off too and didn’t finish it. The meat and cheese sauce all leaked into each other and it quickly became unappealing. The shrimp per the menu was supposed to be grilled, nah, they were just boiled. Asparagus was okay. Would I eat this again. No. Would I eat here again, probably not. French onion soup, I’d get that again - TO GO.
