  Great customer service here. Everytime i shop here the cashiers are great. It's so rare to find good customer service anywhere really. Most of the time I get attitude or they act like they don't want to be there and really don't want me there. But not here and a lot of the employees are young so that's even rarer. Whoever does the hiring.. you picked the right people. The store is very clean and well stocked. Just 5 stars all the way!

  Went into this Food Lion about 5 minutes before closing to grab one item. An employee or manager started clapping at me and yelling that they close in five minutes and they want to go home. I understand stores are closing, but that’s not how you talk to customers

  Usually pretty decent shopping experience. Especially since the refresh. I don’t know what happened today. But there was an employee by the name of Lekiesha who could not have been more aggressive or rude. Walking past her to go to self checkout she says “Are you ready to check out?” With an eye roll. I keep walking and she goes “ARE YOU READY TO CHECK OUT YES OR NO?” I’m well past her and obviously not going to check out with her. She sees me go to self check out and says “See. You could have been done by now.” Lady, ur the reason I prefer self checkout. Lol What don’t you get? She needs so customer service training or put her in the back. Never dealt with that while shopping. Also all but 2 of the self checks only take cash at the moment. Cherry on top I guess.

  This is the closest store to my house. I’ll come here for convenience. I normally can’t find what I want but the Customer Service system is so poorly designed the cashiers don’t speak, talk over you to their coworkers do not give eye contact or acknowledge you at all the front end manager really needs to tighten up their processes of customer service. I sometimes rather drive to a different location just to have a better experience.

  Love Food Lion. The store is always clean, shelves fully stocked. Great customer service
