The customer service not so much I came in for a very simple order and when I asked The young lady who I assume is one of the managers or shift leaders with dreads for some sauce and , she kinda got an attitude with me as if I’m the one that chose this job for her! My advice is I understand nobody wants to go to work for the rest of their life’s ( me included) but at least try to make the most out of the situation especially since your job calls for you to be great at customer service‼️💯

The guys are always super nice but I was in ATL recently and had five guys and for once I was truly satisfied and got the full five guys flavor. This location they doesn’t clean the flat tops enough where you get the that fresh beef flavor and the fries are never super crispy. They seem to somehow mix the seasoned fries with the regular fries which I hate. And I recently have been getting different shaped fries which is annoying. Unfortunately, I will not be going to this location anymore. I think I will have better luck at the mall.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
