  This is my first time trying out this location and I would like to thank Cris for his amazing customer service! He was very nice and polite throughout the whole process and my order came out perfect without complaint! I will definitely go here again.

  The staff is doing their best, but it isn't enough. Steer clear until they figure out how to operate better and deal with the rude manager who clearly has a reputation from the previous comments. Details: I arrived for a pickup 15 minutes after placing my order. I checked a couple times on the status of my order as time passed. They were clearly busy and I didn't want to stress them out more. But I was repeatedly told my order was in progress. After 45 minutes went by I asked what the EXACT status of my order was - they hadn't even started. I told them I simply had to go as I didn't want to wait and miss time with my family. I didn't ask for a refund or make any demands, but they assured me they'd rush my order now. I observed bad management too. When a delivery driver was asking for clarity on the status of an order that the screen showed was ready (as he had another order in the car), the manager explained that they have to meet ticket times so the status doesn't match and that it's his fault for juggling multiple orders. And she was not picking up on the team being overwhelmed and instead was taking pictures of the dining area and doing something on her phone. When she finally started helping the team, it didn't look like she washed her hands and wasn't wearing gloves while handling food. I don't know if this is the location or wingstop in general, but the wings (other than original hot) are quite bland. The ranch must get its reputation for simply having flavor on wings that don't.

  The manager was so rude and disrespectful Tiffany I came back up here because my order was wrong and I asked for either a refund or a remake and she wouldn’t do either. Her attitude was completely disgusting. I do not recommend coming here.

  Stay clear of this place. Tried to call in to place an order and was told they are only taking online orders because they are busy. I said I’d love to place online but there wasn’t an option for me to select so the cheese was on the side for the cheese fries. She told me that they aren’t taking special requests either. I guess gone are the days of customer service. This was my first and last time ever interacting with Wing Stop. Chex Wings has amazing Customer Service!

  Very disappointing experience, especially for a brand-new location. The store was completely empty, yet multiple items on my order were wrong. They forgot the large ranch I paid for, left the cheese off the fries, and ignored my request to make my wings extra sauce. There’s really no excuse for this level of inaccuracy with no other customers. Customer service was just as bad. The staff was dismissive on the phone while taking the order and unengaged in person. There was no effort to double-check the order or take responsibility for the mistakes. If this is how this location operates when it’s slow, I can’t imagine how it will be when it’s busy. Serious improvements are needed in both accuracy and customer service. And then I drove up there in the middle of a freaking snowstorm and all she said was you can come back and get it like I’m not coming all the way back up there in snow there was no conversation to make this right at a later date
