While I should have checked the order picking it up, and will to exhausting lengths from now on, you not informing me of the substitution at that time is inexcusable and shows complete lack of any form of professionalism or customer service. You weren't even busy and there were five employees standing there. It would've been the simplest, least amount of effort required of you short of walking in the door and walking out. With the price increases on everything today, how you treat customers, now more than ever, is clearly more more critical than you are willing to display.
