The store itself appeared unsanitary, and the employees showed no sense of urgency, professionalism, or concern for customer service. Customers should not be penalized for employee errors, and the lack of accountability at this location is unacceptable. Management needs to address both cleanliness and staff training immediately.

I immediately called wing stop on Pineville-Matthews and they offered store credit! I don’t want store credit YOUR food is nasty, I feel sick after eating 1 piece of chicken and now I have to not only throw away the chicken but I also just lost $45 !!! I’m livid and I’m too far away now to go back up there. I will never order from this location again nor will I ever recommend it to anyone! Follow-up, I returned to the store with the full order, I spoke with the General Manager Mike H. He was very understanding and kind. After our conversation he issued me a refund. Thank you for your assistance Mike.
