Figuring it was no big deal, I called the restaurant the following day where a gentleman answered the telephone claiming to be the manager. All I wanted was a credit to my order that I never received. He claimed he didn’t know how to do that. Said that no one in the building knew how to do that and that he would have to call the general manager. When I asked for the manager‘s name or even his name, he refused to give it to me. When I called back two hours later, a female answered the telephone they gave me the same responses. I have heard nothing. All I wanted was a simple credit. How is it that no one in that building could handle that small transaction for me as a customer that purchases there are frequently? No names or phone numbers were given for assistance, and after talking to those two individuals I will never be shopping there again. Is there anyone that can help? Is there anyone that knows how to work? Sincerely disappointed. To date, I still have not received my credit to my credit card and no one from management or that store has contacted me. Whoever reads these reviews if you care about your business, please respond.

Called again explained to the young man who answered and I needed to cancel the order and just reorder the correct item. I understood I wouldn’t get the money back immediately. I’m told I can’t do that I have to do it on my end. Well, it says call the store. There’s a young man in the back cursing and yelling how I can’t do that, it’s a price difference, yada yada. I was told the order hadn’t even been made yet. What is the purpose of advertising something to your customer and not requiring your staff to adhere?
