From incorrect drive thru orders to poor service and long wait times, it’s been a revolving door of issues over the years. I avoid for a while then try again to see if enough staff turnover has happened to turn it around, but it’s just always a poor experience for me. On this occasion, my chicken sandwich was undercooked enough that I had to throw it away after one bite, that I also had to spit out. I shouldn’t be throwing away a $9 sandwich. Service on this visit was good, but I’ve experienced what other reviews have noted with timeliness. One time I waited at the drive through order box for over 15 minutes (as the first car in line) - it became obvious they were just ignoring in the hopes that I would leave, and it was still well before closing. After this chicken fiasco, I’m finally crossing them off my list permanently.
