I was told by the cashier that there was no printer paper. Once the manager felt like stopping his gin conversation with the employees he finally came to the window to see what the issue was. He said the printer had been down for months and the cashier could write everything down for me. The scanner for the rewards app didn’t work. There was no BBQ SAUCE and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! This place needs to be shut down for good. It is unacceptable. That manager has got to go immediately!
