You will place your order, they'll say okay at the box, you wait 15 minutes just to get to the window and they tell you they don't have fries, or chicken nuggets, or whatever it was you literally just ordered. If I knew half my order was going to be unavailable I would've driven away! I've only been to this location twice since it's near my house, and it's happened both times. Just take your business elsewhere because they will waste your time and money.

They take forever to make the food and made me wait 10 minutes while most of my food was already made. All what was left was to put a measly 4 pc in my bag and that’s what took my order so long to be delivered to my vehicle. Drive to the Harrisburg location instead . Food is hot and ready as it should be served with a smile. A fly was flying around in the cashier side of the restaurant too.

The store hours showed it was open and while I totally understand it’s Christmas Eve, it would have been nice if their store hours were properly displayed on the app and mobile orders were declined if the store wasn’t going to be open. There were also other people behind us which means they were under the impression the store was supposed to be open. This isn’t the first time I’ve come across an issue like this with Wendy’s in general. I really hope they can at least notify people if the store is open or not :( I hope everyone has a great Christmas.
