    I would highly recommend you to save your time and money and drive elsewhere . They take forever to make the food and made me wait 10 minutes while most of my food was already made. All what was left was to put a measly 4 pc in my bag and that’s what took my order so long to be delivered to my vehicle. Drive to the Harrisburg location instead . Food is hot and ready as it should be served with a smile. A fly was flying around in the cashier side of the restaurant too.

    We showed up here tonight after placing a mobile order that was accepted, and it was completely empty. The store hours showed it was open and while I totally understand it’s Christmas Eve, it would have been nice if their store hours were properly displayed on the app and mobile orders were declined if the store wasn’t going to be open. There were also other people behind us which means they were under the impression the store was supposed to be open. This isn’t the first time I’ve come across an issue like this with Wendy’s in general. I really hope they can at least notify people if the store is open or not :( I hope everyone has a great Christmas.

    I don’t understand what makes it so hard to run a cookie cutter franchise! Each time I come to this location it’s extremely slow or absolutely no service! Just pulled up. The drive-through computer was out of order and when I drive up to the actual window, there’s no one there! Does management know or care?

    This place is horrible. I just tried the drive thru at 6:45 pm and was told it would be 15 minutes before they would take my order because of a shift change!! About a month ago we tried it and couldn’t order because they were only taking cash.
