Rude, customer service, the new shredded lettuce is disgusting, seems like every Wendy's I went to in the last year went to hell! Bring back the yellow and red packaging and the stop with the shredded lettuce. My family will never eat Wendy's again because it lost that old fashioned hamburgers feel. Food isn't near as good.

If I could give a no stars I would like that more. The lady that worked drive thru on 1/1/2026 at 12:21 am on park road has a nasty attitude and don’t belong in customer service. I got charged for a bacon double stack combo but they had no bacon, they had no reciepyt paper, they had no money, they credit card machine was down. On top of that you have a nasty unprofessional attitude. Working in customer service. The staff needs to be retrained. This is unacceptable and I want tolerate this behavior in 2026. At this point just close the entire down. I want my money back because bacon is extra and all the choices you give me is either no bacon or I can cancel your order. I asked her do you want a pay check because you are driving all the customers off.

Today was my first going to this location new years eve I went thru the drive thru the young man that took my order was very polite great customer service and the young man that gave me my food was very polite great customer service I also seen another young man that seem to be working heard
My food was fresh and sandwich was the best Wendy's sandwich I've ever had I also order tenders and they where also the best

We ordered and got to the window and they asked us what we got and said they had no record of it. It was a super confusing experience and the drive through time was pretty slow. Can tell they are short staffed, so that stinks, but you can tell they don’t care at all to get you your food quickly and that they’ll do things on their own time
