Grease all on the cup holders, and just an unsanitary environment. Then the cashier dropped my BBQ sauce on the floor and still put it in the bag on top of my nuggets smh.

- WDWayne DavisOct 9, 20251.0I stopped by this Wendy's for a quick snack. I thought ordering inside would be quicker since the drive-thru was long and backing up. The temp outside is 70, but when I walked inside, I thought I had stepped into a sauna; it felt like it was 150 degrees. Evidently the heat was cranked up and no one knew how to adjust it. I was 3rd in line and stood there for 10 mins sweating. The short guy with a cigarette behind his ear took one order and then kept bagging drive-thru orders. He also was on his cellphone multiple times not caring about the line of customers waiting to order. Several workers approached the counter without giving a care. This one worker past by me with 3 frosty's for three little girls that had just came in and got in line at the back with their mother. This Wendy's location severely lacks customer service. Upper management needs to take immediate action if they want customers to come back. After 10 minutes waiting I walked out and will not be patronizing this location again.
