Tonight, October 9th, I arrived at 10:15pm…Sat in line at the drive-thru behind 6 other cars. After sitting for 15 minutes, cars started pulling off. FINALLY someone from inside came out with a piece of paper with black marker written on it telling people that they had closed at 9pm. WHAT!!!!! Why is the sign JUST going out and it’s AFTER 10:30??! Unacceptable! Unprofessional! Not apologetic! Not a care in the world! This is not the first time this location has done these types of things. There always seems to be something wrong! Short staffed, closed early, an hour long wait in the drive thru… and the staff could care less. It’s like they DON’T want your business.
