  It’s a Wendy’s, the food is always consistently all right, sometimes good. But the employees here are something else. Never in my life have I been disrespected at a fast food Restaurant. I went for the drive-through for a mobile order, their speaker wasn’t working very well and I didn’t fully hear him. I said mobile order for Carson, And then he said something that I couldn’t make out so I just said what? He then thought I was being rude and he said damn I just asked a question! As if I had insulted him somehow. Then when I Pulled in to pick up the food he repeated, as if I adopt Mike done something horrible. He talked about my tongue, which baffled me because I didn’t have a tone with him, up until he repeated his rude words to me. The managers had to go up and give me my food. I used to work in the service industry, and talking to a customer like that unprovoked is unacceptable.

  Whoever was working the morning of 2/9/26 was so nice and gave excellent service! My receipt said “Gloria” as the host. THANK YOU

  Oh Wendy’s! What is going onnn?? Yall messed up my burger!! SMH! I ordered a Dave’s double with bacon and there is NO LETTUCE, hardly any bacon way too much mayo and ketchup, I ordered mustard and there wasn’t any! Just annoying! And the girl at the window was RUDE as hell!

  I simply got a jr burger bc it was on the $4 bag menu. My total was almost $7 and I didn’t ask questions left wishing I did. I simply asked for spicy nuggets AND sweet tea. I got regular nuggets (which I do not like) and UN sweet tea which I also do not like. This is the 3rd time they have messed up my order and kind of over it. Went for good food/ prices and it is no longer good food or prices .

  They expected me to carry 5 drinks without a carrier plus the bags of food. The girl taking orders had an attitude. The guy handing me my bags got an attitude when I told him I didn’t have everything I paid for. Food was cold.
