The girl at the register is the wrong girl to have at the register. She acts like she could care less. I walked in & told her I had a mobile order. She said “oh I don’t see it.” Then she said “well, I’ll ask someone else.” I never saw her ask anyone. After 15 minutes of waiting I finally went back up to the counter & talked to one of the cooks about my order. They immediately looked for it & found it. It was on the counter the WHOLE time. So I got cold food. The cook would be a better person to have at the counter so much more friendly.

Also, every single time I come to this Wendy’s, they take the chicken sandwich and basically baptize it in scorching hot fryer grease or french fry oil. By the time I take my first bite, my mouth is on fire. That’s not an accident at this point. It feels diabolical and honestly scandalous. If you don’t like your job, get a new one. Nobody is forcing you to work at Wendy’s, but don’t take it out on the customers.
