    Just keep on driving and find a different Wendy’s. The fries were stale and old and the chicken in my sandwich had a rubbery texture. Even my coke tasted off. Very disappointed.

    If I could give this zeros stars I would. My experience was absolutely ridiculous I went to this Wendy’s around 12 AM on October 14–15, and it was honestly one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. We waited in line for about 20 minutes just to place our order, and the staff was extremely rude from the start. They got our order completely wrong and the soda was flat. We had ordered a Baconator with no cheese or mayo and added lettuce because I’m allergic to mayo. The first sandwich they gave us had extra mayo, cheese, and lettuce. So we got back in line (now behind about 10 cars) and waited almost another hour to get it fixed. When we finally reached the speaker again, we politely explained the issue, but the employee was dismissive and rude. At the window, they literally shoved the bag at us without a word. When we checked the food again, it was still wrong — the sandwich still had cheese and no lettuce, and they shorted us a large fry that we paid for. At that point, we just gave up. Between the awful customer service, wrong order (twice!), and the unprofessional attitude of the employees, this location clearly doesn’t care about their customers. The night shift needs serious retraining or new management because this was unacceptable. I left hungry, frustrated, and completely disappointed
