Wont be coming back to this location i ask for the manager because i had a mobile order when i told the lady the name she was like no we dont have no mobile order when im showing receipts and confirmation number still didnt wanna silve my issue i ask for the manager and she said she is the manager i told her i already paid so i was not moving out the drive thru so she mad went to the computer and check again came back saying she got the order i dont know what is the issue there or trying to get food from people that seem like they wont defend their selfs lady not with me go try with another customer this happened on saturday at 11:40 pm check yall employees very disappointed

I’ve been to a lot of terrible Wendy’s before but this was by far the worst. First they were out of one of the main things I asked for so when I got to the window I asked if I could add on something and they replied that they don’t do add ons at the window. There was literally no one at this Wendy’s, so literally they made me just drive around the parking lot again to the drive through with no one in it to order, then they didn’t have to what I was ordering anyway, which was just plan chicken nuggets.. one of the main things they carry!!! The lady at the window was not friendly at all and should definitely not be working in customer service (coming from someone who did for 10+ years). Just terrible.

Woman at drive thru Dec 19 10/10:30pm was extremely rude and unhelpful. I am a doordasher so I pulled up to the window without stopping at the speaker, thinking I was saving us both some time (Dining room was locked). The second I said I was picking up doordash she cut me off and said I had to stop at the speaker. I had already been waiting 20 mins. I tried to ask if she meant I really had to get back in line, or was letting me know for next time, but she shut the window cutting me off again. I sat and waited some more, until she slammed open the window saying I need to move because she has other people's food. I ended up unassigning the orders and getting paid nothing for my time. Dashers beware.
