    Food was decent , the manger I dealt with was just very rude …got mad at me because she messed up my daughter’s order and she forgot to put sauces in the bag . When I went back to ask for my food to be remade and my sauce she was rude and slide my sauce across the counter you don’t do that . Not racist but it was the asian manger just don’t know her name

    the service here was absolutely awful. i never leave reviews, but i just felt a type of way and i just left there about 30 minutes ago. i came with my roommates and my boyfriend who drove us all, and we went through the drive thru and got two separate orders. first of all, the person on the speaker had an attitude. when we got our order, we didn’t get straws with our drinks, when they gave our food they didnt say the right order with each bag so we got each other’s food, they didn’t put our baconator burger in the bag, and lastly the baconator fries weren’t closed properly so when my roommate tried to take it out the bag & cheese got everywhere all over the bag and even on her lap, we were also missing a 10 piece as well to top it off. not to mention, my boyfriend also got a sprite and when the lady handed it to him she said to taste it to make sure it tasted right and it was discolored. it was just a really bad experience, and i’ve never had such a bad time at a drive thru anywhere. your workers need to get it together.

    Lull in the day local Wendy's here in Charlotte off Park rd. Couple months ago we stopped off the interstate near Durham and Wendy's was fire and fresh. Thought about that experience when we went to this local. I guess interstate Wendy's set the bar in quality too high? Food was just regular here, not as fresh. However, young brother at the window handing out the food, was really nice young man. At end of transaction he simply said "God bless you". That verbal touch point went further than the food. Good kid.

    Had pretty awful experience at this store today. Placed my order in the app at 7:10 PM. Got to the store at 7:13 PM and started waiting at pickup counter - noticing some of my items were already in packing area. At the same time another customer was finishing pretty large order which was placed at 7:15 PM. The manager proceeds to hastily assemble her order completely ignoring my items waiting to be packed. He finishes her order around 7:25-30 PM at which point I politely ask why he got her order done before mine even. He gets very angry and yells at me saying how they are short staffed and he’s working on his day off. There was no reasoning with this inadequate person. I also strongly believe his decision to prioritize another customer over me was racially motivated as they both look Hispanic. He proceeds to assemble my order but forgets drink first. Then I check order again and notice baked potato missing as well - after bringing it up he manages to find it. On top of that, after leaving the store I find that Cobb salad is missing grilled chicken. So I have incomplete and cold order as burger and other hot items were ready about 20 minutes before I actually got my order. Not coming back to this store and hope this review gets noticed and this manager is looked into.
