His attitude was unprofessional and unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect basic courtesy and respect. There was no reason to speak to me in that manner.I refuse to spend my hard-earned money somewhere I am treated poorly. I left and went down the street to Chick-fil-A, where I received hot food and polite, professional service. The difference in customer service was very noticeable. This experience was disappointing and needs to be addressed.

The burger was the same as also, but the iced tea and the fries were no where as good as they used to be. The iced tea was very weak, no flavor at all and the fries tasted like fried Pringle (not good). Has Wendy's changed where they get the fries and their tea bags?
