The individual, Jigar, refused to cancel my order. First, he said he had already made it which I knew was a lie because I called immediately… didn’t know smoothies could be made in less than a minute. I told him that was not true. He said I had to come in to pick it up. Told him I was not in the area which is why I was calling like the app said. His response was it can’t be canceled. Then he said he it wasn’t made but he couldn’t process a refund. I told him what the app said and his response was the same.
