I know some people don’t say good morning and say different things but not even a Hey NOTHING! At that time I wanted to leave but had already placed my order. 2ndly got allllll the way to work and had about 20 sausages on my wrap that I did not order. Tropical smoothies stores the employees are pretty nice as well as the owners not sure what was wrong this morning and I’ve never had any issues with the food i ordered I even double checked my receipt to make sure it wasn’t my error AND IT WAS NOT! Definitely was disappointed!

When I brought it to the owner’s attention she asked me if I wanted the cheese melted which is a ridiculous thing to ask since a quesadilla by default should have the cheese melted all the way. It would be like asking if I want the chicken fully cooked 🙄, so not a lot of common sense right there. Also, I noticed the price when ordering in person at the register came up cheaper like $3 for the same items if I order online which makes me wonder if the app is ripping people off. When I wanted to scan for points the cashier cancelled the transaction and redid it (I don’t know why would she), but then I noticed the points were not added, which felt sketchy since made me feel they go around the system in order not to give out the points for a purchase. Corporate should check into that and the app pricing.
