  We at the Palm here on New Year’s Eve, and it was the perfect way to ring in the new year. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt festive, welcoming, and well-organized despite how busy the evening was. The food was outstanding—beautifully presented, full of flavor, and clearly prepared with care. Every course came out at a great pace, letting us enjoy the experience without feeling rushed or forgotten. A huge highlight of the night was our server, Madison. She was absolutely excellent—friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm. Even on such a hectic holiday night, Madison made us feel like we were her top priority. Her recommendations were spot-on, and her positive energy truly elevated the entire evening. Overall, this was a memorable New Year’s Eve dinner and an experience we’ll definitely be talking about—and returning for. Excellent food, great atmosphere, and exceptional service. Five stars all around!

  We went to celebrate New Year's Eve, and it did not disappoint! I had a lemon drop martini which was fantastic. The table bread, which I believe was focaccia, was light and delicious. I ordered the wedge salad, the crispy Brussels and also the scalloped potatoes. All were amazing. My husband had the prime rib, blackened and hashbrowns along with a lobster tail and he said all was wondwrful. Our server, Jason was friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back soon!

  The food was incredible! Had a lovely time, but that’s not why I’m leaving this review. I have never had a tiramisu that incredible in my life. I love tiramisu, but most you find are watery, to sweet, made with whipped cream, or just poorly executed. This is THE BEST tiramisu I have ever had, it’s what I’ve always dreamed about. It’s the perfect blend between sweet, creamy, and a little bitter from the coffee. It’s so soft, but not mushy and full of water. Truly one of the best desserts I’ve ever had.

  Our family ate here for Christmas dinner. David was our waiter. While he had a number of tables to serve, he was very attentive. We were checked on by the other staff as well. We had the lobster ravioli and the bolongnase. The wine list was pretty extensive. They even had the grinch visit the table for photo ops. Fun time!

  8:15 reservation weren’t sat until 8:45pm with a constant “it will be 10 minutes” with a line of families also waiting their 10 minutes. We were at an overcrowded area with heavy foot traffic from servers. We ordered drinks and those came fairly quickly however it took about 45 minutes for our food to be served. As it was approaching their closing time a server ask if I was finished eating as I’m clearly cutting my chicken. If you do not eat red meat or seafood and don’t like sitting on top of other people this is not the place for you.
