  I waited 20 min in the drive thru one for 1 chicken cheese flat melt. 8 cars behind me , NO CARS IN FRONT OF ME so I had to request a damn refund. Then she told me to pull forward because the order was ready. Once I pull forward the person at the second window asks what order did we have. Like girl you just told me it was ready. The reason I hardly come to this location. Horrible period

  Ericka you have a nasty attitude you were at the window. First be very clear when you tell the customer which window to go to . You came outside . And I try to ask you which window and you tell me mind my business. . Learn customer service how dare you speak to a customer like that . Disgusted . 🤮 I will never be back I rather spend my money somewhere else I. And that’s who is at the taco bell window

  I really wish I could give this place 5 stars as I loved the food, but there were too many issues. Firstly my order took way too long, I would like to shout out the gentlemen working the front as he kindly communicated the wait and gave me a complimentary drink. But the ice machine wasn’t working and my order was missing the gravy I ordered, I also received the wrong sandwich. The indoor seating wasn’t overly messy but it’s clear they didn’t have enough staff to maintain it. I would say the biggest issue is the lack of staff as I only saw three people running everything. However that was one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve ever eaten, and the hot honey buns were incredible. I’d come back just for those.
