  Not recommended for vegeterians I placed an order#938862 for a vegetarian bean wrap, but I received a non-vegetarian item. I do not consume meat. This is a serious mistake by the restaurant and the order was not edible or thoughful for vegeterian

  Staff unprofessional doesn’t greet you lets you stand there and needs to be trained. Im literally doing the review in front of them. Managed should fire them all. Look at the camera at 11:29 pm on 11/09/2025. The black lady came and stood in front of me, went in register never greeted or asked anything and the workers did the same. DO BETTER! It’s not hard to have basic customer service! Disgusting!

  This location single handedly made me stop visiting Taco Bell. I've lived near here for the last 5+ years, and I used to enjoy going to Taco Bell everywhere else I've lived when in need of easy late-hour food . This is the only convenient location, and between the 30-45 minute waits, missing items, and often the rancid oil taste, I have zero interest in visiting Taco Bell anymore. I've never not waited at least that long, and there are plenty of other places nearby to actually get decent food quickly. After years, I'm no longer a fan of Taco Bell... Good job, I guess.

  I was waiting for almost 30 minutes, and their answer was it is coming, it is coming. And they saw frustrated they realized they gave my order to somebody else. Not even sorry or an apology

  If I could give a negative rating I would. My friend and I were in town for a concert on Oct 19th we drove up that morning and were going to 'swing by' this taco bell on our way out of town. We entered the building around 10:45pm the women's bathroom was out of order no biggie I can use the men's. We placed mobile orders at the kiosks inside as there was nobody at the registers. Around 11pm I got my order and ate it thinking my friends would come in a minute since she had ordered a bit after me. That minute turned into one of the most frustrating hour and a half of my life. The employees were straight up ignoring us and wouldn't even look in our direction. I had to yell into the back to ask for a refund at least 3 times and once a woman who I can only assume is the manager came out of some backroom and had to scroll through an hour and a half worth of orders to give my friend a refund. She ended up having to pick up a gas station sandwich because by the time we got out of taco Bell it was 12:30am and our ETA for home was around 3:30am. Mind you we had woken up at 2am to get into town and stand in line for the concert. And both of us had classes the next day. I don't know how the manager hasn't been fired or this place hasn't been shut down. A door dash driver who is a local and was there longer than we were said that it is always like this. This was the most ridiculous and poorly managed establishment I have ever been to.
