The kiosks send u receipts with a text wall of numbers and no direction on how to redeem rewards, and the cashier's can print barcode receipts?? Why have an app u invested millions of dollars into to have employees that couldn't even print a barcode to scan. What a joke

- MLMindy L4 days ago1.0There were several possibly homeless people inside the store sitting at the tables and the restaurant smelled as such. It was a really awful atmosphere. I was picking up for DoorDash and noticed three or four bags on the table behind the counter. When an associate came over I asked them if mine was one of them over there because I had been waiting almost 10 minutes already. He said yes. All he did then was put a sticker on the bag and close it. That means it was finished. He moved it to another table and then he got the drink ready. He let the drink sit there. At least 2 minutes goes by and behind the prep area I hear a manager or someone say to him "hey man, no rush, take your time take your time" . He told that kid to take his time at least five or six more times. What happened to hustle? What happened to understanding that these delivery drivers are making you business by delivering the food for you to people who cannot or don't feel like getting out. These are sales you would not otherwise have.
