It was up to 4 to 5 minutes later that one of the girls in the lane preparing food told us that we can do our order on the tablet behind us. The wear about this is that everybody else coming in after us order with the cashier in person, but not us. (They was white people, we are Spanish). When they call us to get our food. I have to ask for the drinks. I order sweet tea, (which they have it inside), and they make me wait not less than 3 minutes to serve me the drink. And again, the lady in the food lane get out of her working place to give me the drink. Awful cashier, racist and rude.

We ordered and left before we go our food because not only did it seem insanity in here but the line of people waiting was obscene.

- LLLinusNov 30, 20253.0Went into the drive thru for two burritos which was fast since there wasn’t a single car. But the employee taking the order sounded mad, short and very unresponsive. What ever happened to customer service no one wants to say Hi welcome anymore. We pulled up and instantly someone who sounded mad said “what do you want ?”. We get to the window and just ups the door and doesn’t say anything so we hand the card then we get the food and say thank you and still nothing, she just slams the door shut. Maybe a customer training video would do this location some good.
