I deliver for Doordash and everytime I get a Taco Bell order late at night, I usually get in s very bad mood. Almost all Taco Bells take excruciatingly long especially late at night. I had 3 straight orders here after 1 AM and all 3 were ready when I got there. They even have the inside open until 2. So no waiting at the drive thru line. I will always happily take orders for this Taco Bell. Great employees and great management.

- MAMighty ASep 27, 20251.0Nearly every time I visit at night, at around 9:30-10 PM, the staff (or at least the ones working the drive thru), always give terrible customer service. Usually it's a dark-skinned girl at the window who refuses to make eye contact or even manage a simple greeting, and tonight you could smell weed permeating from the building all the way from the drive thru menu, and it only grew more potent once I reached the window. Most of if not all of the employees were obviously high despite their efforts to disguise it, and I didn't even receive the correct order. The one burrito that WAS made as I ordered had burnt chicken, whereas the others didn't even have the correct ingredients; None of the "grilled" burritos were actually grilled, either. That being said, the food and service is always good in the mornings/afternoons in my experience, but the closing crew needs some thorough discipline ASAP.
