  Hey when you want Taco Bell this is the place. Facility was recently renovated...seating area is clean and comfortable. For convenience there are 3 self serve POS stations and service is quick. Try the new Supreme Luxe box.. It will satisfy your appetite. I recommend substituting chips and guacamole for the cinnamon twists. So many options and their burrito supreme is always awesome. Great food, fast, when you want it, and a great value. In a hurry, use their drive thru or order ahead or both!

  Location is convenient, however, the employees need to be retrained on customer service. I understand that typically the drive-through is busy, but unless you all have made this a drive-through only location people in the lobby matter too! Therefore, in the event that you are busy, common courtesy it just simply come To the front and people and let people know you’ll be with them in just a moment. I’ve come here in numerous times second and third shift And it’s the same treatment.

  As of 12/18/2025, I went through the drive-thru and was assisted by an employee named Faith at the window. When I arrived, I asked if I could add a small drink to my order—the drink wasn’t for me; it was requested at the last minute. Although she did make the drink, her attitude was noticeably unpleasant. When I handed her my payment, she abruptly snatched the money from my hand. I immediately told her the drink was fine and that she didn’t need to make it if it was an issue. I remained calm and respectful throughout the interaction. I understand fast-food work can be stressful—I’ve worked in fast food myself—but basic customer service and professionalism still matter. If additional items can’t be added at the window, it’s better to simply say so rather than proceed with visible frustration. Customer service is about first impressions, tone, and respect. Unfortunately, this interaction fell short of that standard. I believe this should be addressed so future customers do not have a similar experience.

  Consistently get orders wrong and never care. This time they put lettuce on my taco (I’m allergic and ordered it without so it’s completely inedible) not to mention it was upside down in the bag. And they forgot my chips. So much money down the drain. Never coming back
