  TBH i just don’t wanted to give that 1 star too because if there was any negative number option i would have given it . They have literally waited me for 45 mins(still a car ahead of me) in the drive thru which i have ordered it on my mobile app. I feel these people don’t even bother and respect the people time . Hope no body comes to this place, So that they will have a good day/night

  Stood at the counter for 10 mins the guy that was waiting in front of me walked out after a worked walked past him 4 times, ordered at one of the self service kiosk finally. 2nd time I've been here and the service sucks along with the employees looking pissed because they have to deal with you. While they blast the phone videos thur the whole place Don't come here, drive up the road and go somewhere else. Horrible experience

  As a father with small children i really appreciate resturants and public places having changing tables available in the restrooms. Unfortunately this location did not. Maybe it did in the womens bathroom but their are actually fathers that change pampers too.

  The young lady told me that the sauces for the nuggets were discontinued as well as the churros but I went to the Woodlawn location the same day and I was able to order everything that she said was discontinued. Why lie? Also, the Darkskin lady with the locs does not have good customer service. She has a nice nasty attitude.

  This has been my nearest Taco Bell for years, and the food is decent. However, every time I submit a mobile order for drive thru, I’ll get my order when I pull up to the window immediately, already packaged up, I’ll see that the sticker says “DT”, so they know it’s a drive thru order, but they will have prepared my food when I ordered it and just kept it to give it to me however long later. So it’s constantly cold, soggy, and they don’t acknowledge it unless you say something which I don’t always remember to check. If it were once or three times I would understand but if I get delayed and can’t check in immediately, my food is always gross. I’ve never been to a location with this problem so often.
