- CFCynthia FetterOct 23, 20255.0At a location that has struggled with staffing in the past, Jerome AND Michael are saving the day! Both gentlemen were amazing during my last visit. All of the employees working at the time were positive and working together as a team, but I witnessed Michael patiently help an elderly customer who was being a little bit difficult and mean. Michael was patient, kind, and helpful while the woman was ordering answering all of her questions and walking her through the menu and ordering process. He then even let her taste the tea to see if she liked it and added more ice at her request. The woman watched the line crafting her taco and was commenting and criticizing their work, but Jerome and his team were polite and kind in their responses, meeting her demands with patient smiles. Jerome checked multiple orders to make sure they were perfect (including mine), all while continuing to positively respond to the difficult customer's comments. I know it's just a Taco Bell, but honestly the pride in work and the kindness I witnessed from these two gentlemen was a little reminder that there are still good people in the world. Give Jerome and Michael a raise!
