  This place is the worst. Poor management and even worse employees. They don’t acknowledge you when you try to inquire about a mobile order. I saw my food sitting on the counter for 15 mins but couldn’t get an employee who knows how to do their job to give me my food. I highly recommend going somewhere else until a new, properly trained staff starts working there. Absolutely pathetic. I don’t write reviews but this place is so bad that I had to. No one should have to deal with this sad excuse of a store

  This has to be the worst Taco Bell ever. The service is incredibly slow, the staff is rude, and the food is subpar. The staff just like to joke around instead of working and making food. They always complain about being short staffed, but if they actually took the time to work they could get stuff done. The food is sloppy lukewarm at best. My final straw was one night around 9:30pm, I tried to go through the drive thru, they said they were closed for whatever reason. I honestly would rather drive 25 mins out to another Taco Bell than to ever visit this place again 🤮🤢

  waited over an hour for my food but the workers were so kind. even gave us a free drink while we waited. looked like there were only two people in there! this isnt even really an abnormal thing. i feel like they are always understaffed! taco bell corporate if u read this... hire more people! give employees more hours! the strain on the employees is very apparent. godbless them for working on new years day and for having such positive attitudes despite working conditions. rating 5 stars cuz food was amazing and so were the workers. just wish i didnt have to wait so long!!!

  I ordered 3 times from this location. And I can say that tonight was the night where I draw the line and I’m done with going here. The manager came out and notified us that they are closing. I ordered 3 times online for pickup on the app and he has denied me for my food. I miss the old staff that was here and actually wanted to work and serve their customers. Never ever coming back to this location. I rather drive an extra 20 minutes to get the food I want. Good luck getting your food at this location. Because it’s the worst. Taco Bell needs to get workers that want to work and feed their customers and pay their bills.

  Three of my friends and I went to this Taco Bell for some food during our school lunch period. We arrived at 11:36, and ordered our food at the kiosks. The first red flag was that there were at least 8 people waiting for food, and the second was that the workers in the back said it would take a while. We decided to order anyways, as we didn't have to get back to school until 12:20. We all got relatively simple things, two burritos, four tacos and two chips between the four of us. So we waited. And waited. And waited. The workers kept saying that it would take a while, but to not leave a bad review because "people don't want to work anymore." The first of us received their food at 12:09. At this point they had given out coupons for free tacos and provided us with free fountain drinks. But we were going to be late to class, so the three of us still empty-handed went to ask the workers if our food was close to being done. They handed another one of us their order at 12:13. Then my friend and I, who still hadn't received food, gave them our names. My order was still in the system, but hadn't been started yet. Mind you, it has been 40 minutes. My friend's order was not even on the list, and we were told "it must've gotten cancelled." At this point, we were going to be so late, so us two asked for a refund. We got it, and the workers gave us an order of two burritos that had been sitting out for at least 30 minutes. We left the parking lot at 12:20, ate the food while driving back to school, and were 10 minutes late to class. Admittedly, the food was good, but that means nothing with how terribly slow the service was.
