  It takes a special person to get 2 out of 2 subs wrong on my app order & a special company hitting me up for a tip in that same order. I saw the Google rating, they obviously don't care about that. I tried to call & they never answered (at 3 pm).I've tried with Subway & now I'm done. 👋

  No matter how many times I order the same thing, it always comes out wrong. The receipt is right, but either the cheese is wrong, the sandwich itself is wrong, or even the cookies. Why do I even try anymore?

  i ordered their special foot long Nachos Sub from their app - which I am a frequent customer. My order was Confirmed after my payment was processed. I caught the Gold Line train to this location because I was working an event at the Convention Center about a mile away. I was furious when the lady behind the counter told me that they could not fill my order because they did not have the container or ingredients to complete my request. I asked to speak to their manager and another lady in the back told me the same thing without expressing any empathy after I explained my travels to their location and the fact that they literally "confirmed" my order and then "lied" that it was ready for pick-up. I contacted the corporate office of Subway several times and they too blew me off as if I was a noboby. As such, this "nobody" has switched to their competitors' for subs! Keep in mind that these are the same folks that featured "Jared" on their commercials!

  This poor woman was the only person working on game day in Charlotte. She wasn't the fastest in the world, but since she didn't have any help I can forgive this. This Subway not taking Subway coupons was weird. I felt really bad for her. Food was good.

  Ordered a 40% off sub didn't know that meant I would be getting 40% less toppings there was probably three pieces of shredded lettuce in my sandwich. I reach out to grab my order and she placed it on the counter didn't seem friendly upon entering. Wont be back.
