  The person behind the counter was extremely rude and very disrespectful. He was yelling at me because I had asked him to replace a sandwich that got burnt in the oven. When I went to my place and started to eat the sandwich I discovered that the bread was stale. I had asked for some salt and pepper topping and so much salt was added that it was just not palatable. My recommendation: AVOID this place.

  Monday Dec 8th at 11:30 am. The woman working was HORRIBLE. I couldn’t open the door but there was someone inside at a booth eating wings. The same person came to the door and said she locked the door because she was out of cheese. She only had pepper jack. 🫥 okay. After ordering my meal with a drink I went over to fill my cup. The ice was low and the sprite was flat so I tried something else and that was flat too. I informed the woman working and told her that I’m pretty sure it’s out of carbon and she looked at me like I was lying so I told her to try it. She did and said it was fine. I told her I didn’t mind paying for something else. I got a drink out the cooler. I had to get $1 out my car because I wasn’t going to tap my card for $1 when I came back she was on the phone with another person telling them something was wrong with the machine. 🤨🙄 To top it off it smelled like smoke and another herb 💨🍃 Very obvious she doesn’t like her job and doesn’t want to be there.

  Visited the subway in Charlotte North Carolina (3716 W W.T.Harris Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28269) around 5pm on 11/29/2025 and experiencing exceptionally rude customer service. I was visiting Charlotte for a sports camp I took my son to earlier that day and before leaving to drive back to South Carolina, decided to stop by subway to get something to eat for both of us. The open sign was lit and lights were on, so we assumed it was indeed open. Upon walking in, we received no greeting and were met with an abrupt "we're closed" statement from one of the female workers. Even before then when walked in their was a delay in speaking as if the workers may have been guaging rather or not they really wanted to serve us or not. As I am a disabled veteran and have issues with hearing i asked her to repeat and once again was told the store was closed, with an attitude. Yet there were several workers changing out the food selections and as i stated previously, door was open and lights were on. I made a comment saying that "well yall should lock the door of closed." The female, as i was walking out made a remark to the other workers about me suggesting this by saying " why even say that", once again with an attitude. I think its unfair and no excuse that a restaurant appear open but be told its closed with no explanation as to why.

  Smelled like Cigarette smoke upon arrival ! The cashier was very dismissive Short seemed like he didn’t wanna come to work that day when you walked in the speaker was really really loud. I think he was playing a football game very unprofessional. I had to basically teach him how to make a veggie soup overpacked overflowing normally I wouldn’t complain, but I didn’t wanna make a mess while eating it if I’m gonna do the job then I might as well be hired. I would never come back to this location. It seemed unsanitary. The spinach was bad. The lettuce was bad. Everything seemed unkept and unprofessional.
