This Sonic is hit or miss depending in who is working. I've had good experiences with fast service & hot food prepared correctly, but I've also had rude, slow service with incorrect orders. I dont think they have car-hops anymore as every time I have pulled into a stall, if I was not picking up a door dash order they required me to go through the drive-thru.

although I've had some very good customer service from this location, I don't know what it is about the food, but every time I eat here I get sick would not recommend to anybody.

So slow.... always something up with them too - they couldn't serve in the drive thru line because they didn't have enough staffing - why is that our problem? Staff appropriately. Pregnant and craved it - but wouldn't go there on a normal day.

I did not receive my full order at all after asking if it was all there, looked in the bag and was missing a sandwich..... I hate when people blantly lie about checking to see if I had all my order.... They have went downhill period.... Who is in charge here come on now do better please .... When I got the chicken sandwich it was partially raw will be calling the health department.

This has to be the worse Sonic around. I have never had bad service like this from a Sonic. Food is horrible and the employees are even worse. They don’t pay attention to what you are ordering a they want to give you anything it’s a mess. The wait in the drive thru is over 45 minutes it’s crazy. They don’t even have the decency to come to the box and say anything to you at all. To top it off tonight at my recent visit they closed the whole place and didn’t tell the line in the drive thru anything. All the employees packed up and left with a line. It’s so unacceptable. This location needs to just close down at this point.
