We received 2 blasts with the mix ins only on the top instead of blended all the way through. There wasn't even any pieces at the bottom, just ice cream with a little on top. They tried to argue us down about whether or not Sonic Blasts have the toppings blended through🤦♀️The wait time is always so long with so little business too.

endless wait at drive through, after pre paying through the app, ugh, thats what I get for giving fast food a chance these days, these days only mcdonalds is bearable, speed wise....
Why is mcdonalds and chic filet the only ones willing to stay properly staffed???

The drive-thru lady was so nice ☺️ the intercom was broken but she was accommodating and lead us through and apologized for any inconvenience! The food was delicious too 😋
I love the southern hospitality here 🥰

I recently ordered through the app at Sonic Drive-In to take advantage of their weekly special on chili cheese coneys. I placed my order ahead of time, pulled in, and checked in through the app.
There were no other customers at the restaurant, and I could see about five employees inside walking back and forth, but it still took over 10 minutes to receive just two hot dogs. That was a little surprising considering how quiet it was.
On a positive note, the employee who brought out my order was very friendly and polite, which I definitely appreciated.
One word of caution: if you’re visiting after dark, be careful. The parking lot is not well lit, and there are large medians at the entrances that can be hard to see at night.
Overall, not a terrible experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement in speed of service.
