I spent $50 on food for my family, and to get the service that I received. My order was repeated several times, to only get home and find out it still wasn't right. People should not rush to take an order. If you did not want to work, you should have just stayed home. Wasted money. Burger wasn't even good, and items were left off and out of my order! I will NOT be returning!😡

That is until last night! My wife and I wanted to grab something quick but couldn't make a decision on where to go and we wanted something quick. We knew we had to hit Harris Teeter so we decided to give Smashburger a shot. We were not very excited to go but just needed food. Wow, were we surprised. First, the service was great. The big guy behind the counter was knowledgeable and quick to help and offer suggestions. The food came out hot and was absolutely delicious. As we left the staff thanked us for coming. From start to finish the experience was great. We are excited to have rediscovered this spot. Thank you for a great dinner at a good price!
