One car pulled in front of me to the pickup windoww. First comment was I didn't call in an order. Issue is they don't take live orders at the windoww..supposed to be a pick-up only..as I have been told twice in the last three months, I had to get back to work and called in to cancel. Was told by the "manager" sometimes they take orders at the window if no one is behind them..issue was the girl at the register looked staight at me and then began to take the order. Not sure what the full dynamic was but the girl in the car and the window were minority . Can't say this 100 percent played into this ..but I am caucasion and was told twice before they don't do this. Seems if this is a real policy..they give themselves wiggle room to decide who they want to take live orders from and some not.just seems rather obvious..Just my opinion..I would be wary of this location.
