  After an enjoyable early dinner at Cafe Monte, we decided to stop by the RH Rooftop restaurant for drinks. It was Friday at 7:00 p.m., a busy time, and we were directed to the bar. However, there was no seating at the bar at all. We ordered drinks and asked whether we could sit on one of the empty sofas on the rooftop (third floor), but were told that seating there was not permitted. We were then advised to try the second floor, only to find that it was closed. On the ground floor, most of the space was blocked off, leaving very limited seating. Given the lack of available seating and the overall disorganization, we left our drinks on a coffee table and exited. There were no regrets. The blackberry mule was overly sweet and of mediocre quality, and the cappuccino was not worth recommending. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience. Charlotte has many other excellent options for drinks and dinner, and we were relieved that we had chosen not to dine at RH.

  Para el tamaño de los platillos algo caro, pedí de entrada ese que se mira en la foto, luego pedí un salmón y la verdad la porción era muy pequeña por 38$ solo traía salmón un limón, pero del resto el lugar está muy agradable y elegante , ambiente tranquilo y hermoso

  We are a black LGBT couple and Our experience was deeply uncomfortable. We were asked twice whether we had a reservation, and when I handed my card to pay, the waiter gave it a strange look. The interactions both at the front and upstairs felt noticeably different toward us. The food itself, was amazing. It was the treatment. As minorities, the treatment came across as discriminatory. Whether intentional or not, it felt like racism or homophobia. No one should feel unwelcome while simply trying to enjoy a meal. I hope management takes this seriously and reflects on how guests are treated.Our experience was deeply uncomfortable.   Very elegant place! But service was not so good! As for starter we asked for DI Stefano Burrata, and they brought to us with no plates, so we waited a bit until they got the plates! So the Roasted chicken club sandwich, the chicken wasn’t fresh, it felt like it was made a day or two ago, Rh burger was so so, and the honey glazed Salmon was ok too! Before the main food we asked for a cold and hot coffee! So cold coffee and cream wasn’t sweet even was asked for sweet to be, and the hot coffee wasn’t hot, it was warm. I told them about it, and then second one was not hot as well but a little warmer! And when they brought out food, they brought two of ours first and the 3rd one was brought to us a good 3 minutes later! For the price honestly, not worth it! But if you are paying just for the atmosphere, than that’s different story! Than they should mention that you are paying for the atmosphere but not for the food! Maybe it was only us experienced such a service, but I hope it was only us! Because the place is gorgeous! So any stars are given only for the place but not for the service!

  The host Jayla was sweet beyond measure and a true lifesaver when I made a mistake with the reservation for my girlfriend and I on Valentine’s. She wouldn’t take a tip so the least we can do is shout her out. I won’t go into details on the interaction, but Jayla, you truly made a sad Valentine’s day so special for us. Her selflessness and caring nature is what makes the world go ‘round truly. Thank you for accommodating us on one of your busiest days.
