  Drove an hour and a half just to try this amazing place, and our server, Michael, was absolutely incredible! He was super fast and efficient, but still really attentive. The music really sets the mood, totally capturing that cozy diner vibe. The booths are easy to get in and out of, but still feel private. And those coat and purse hooks? Genius! You do have to park in a garage, but just asking someone for the quickest way there makes it all so much easier. And the portions are so generous, it's less than $25 per person!

  I decided to hit up this spot with my friend since hes never been before and last time I visited was years prior. Everyone was very friendly when we came in tonight, and our server/bartender Tony (Antonio) offered very friendly and fantastic service. He was great to talk to and a very entertaining server, in addition he also made recommendations for me and my friend. The food was also fantastic for a very fair price. I'll definitely be coming back here more often. I recommend this place for sure if you're looking for a late night spot to eat. Antonio will take care of you, He is the man!

  Everything about this place is INCREDIBLE! We walked in hungry and not in the best mood, to laughing and full of delicious food. Our server/bartender Antonio was the star of the entire experience, sitting to chat with us, giving recommendations, and he even grabbed me some decadent coconut cake for my birthday! Their chicken and waffles are famous for a reason — seriously SO good. Definitely a must-eat in Uptown!!

  I’ll be honest - the food isn’t spectacular, but it’s solid, and that feels perfectly fine given how late RedEye Diner stays open. I’ve had great waitresses every time, and the service has always been on point. What really makes this place special is the classic old-school diner vibe. The hustle and bustle, the noise, people talking, the jukebox - it genuinely feels like stepping back in time. The nostalgia is strong, and that’s what makes the experience fun.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars all the way! Visiting from Tampa, FL and so glad we stopped here. The biscuits & sausage gravy were perfection, the waffles & chicken were outstanding, and even the diner coffee hit the spot ☕️👏 The low-cal chicken breast was surprisingly delicious too—everything we ordered was spot on. Our waitress was the absolute sweetest and made the experience even better. And whatever you do… don’t miss the grits! 🤍🍽️ We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town.
