While all the food was fine, it was only until I got home that we realized they gave us poor quality chips. Like, come on? I have been to other places and have seen the staff bagging the chips, they don’t just put crumbs in bags, but that’s exactly what we got. We couldn’t even enjoy the queso we ordered because of this. We were so disappointed. The quality of the chips needs to be checked by the staff. Customers trust they will be served good food.

The woman with the hoodie, who appeared to be the manager, was not wearing gloves. She was going back and forth between tending to the register and making food, with NO GLOVES. This is worse than the Woodlawn Road location, which was recentlt closed down. Maybe it's time to close this lock as well. I walked out, along with a couple of other people.

But they have a new girl there now and her attitude is vey nasty and she charges extra if you ask for extra queso on your bowl or burritto. I have never been charged for an extra spoonful of queso before. I think I will try the Chipotle one block away.
