Every time you’re going to wait 15 min for someone to even look at you. Staff always looks like they hate themselves and you and their job. Half the staff must not be able to talk to customers because they love to hide when you walk in. 1/10 recommend. Food though 6/10 :)

The worst experience ever at a restaurant and I didn't even get food. 2 employees working up front today - the white female was most rude, condescending and publicly shamed the other at the register countless times taking out all frustration on her. They appeared to be short staffed which for a promo day which unfortunately was a disaster as food was not being prepped, refilled, etc. Employees attempted to half fill large queso containers only to have guests decline it seeing what was happening. Line was out of white rice, products were not getting refilled, except for a gigantic tub of water into the basin, queso was watered down to a broth like consistency but the kicker was seeing a bug land on the guests bowl in front of me in the line. There was then a discussion between the 2 employees if they had seen it and if it needed to be re-made. I stood in the line for 30 minutes, totally understanding they were short staffed but once I saw the food safety and quality concerns - I exited the line. Shortly after I left, the woman whose bowl had the bug land on it also walked out empty handed as we were both completely disgusted. One of those days that the restaurant should have chosen to not open if they were that understaffed as it wasn't fair for the employees who were working or anyone who had to experience any of this. I will continue to drive the 20 minutes in the other direction to avoid this location. Most disappointed.

1/14/26 I came to eat dinner with my 2 daughters. When entering instead of "Welcome in" I was told just to let you know we are out of sour cream, sauce, etc. I say that's fine and review the menu with my girls. My order came out to $27.××. I handed the cashier a $50.00 bill. The cashier accepted and went to place it in the drawer. Another worker immediately yelled over and said no don't take that! The cashier and I look over to her confused. The worker then said we don't have change for that she needs to pay with a card. I then told her I just spent almost $30 in here and it's not like you are cashing out a lot of money. It's empty in here and you are closing within a hr. She refused so I said keep the food. I will go to the new restaurant Rio 150 next door and have dinner. My daughter didn't really understand bc I have been telling her about Qdoba since that morning allowing her to view the menu. She began to cry. Thankfully Rio 150 provided excellent service. Greeted us as soon as we walked in. Served us not too long after and took my money without a hassle.
