Best sandwich spot in the area bread wise. So thankful to have something like this in Charlotte.
The bread is like it's from the northeast, which is a great thing.
I recommend getting a cold sub personally. I don't eat pork, but I'm sure the Italian sandwiches are incredible. The turkey and cheese is great.
Definitely go for Sharp Provolone if you want a more upgraded cheese than you would find at a normal deli.
I think their fried chicken cutlet could be better quality, and wouldn't order this again personally.
Requests (although I know this is a franchise):
-Offer some kind of wheat bread alternative
- Offer more grilled chicken options (maybe a grilled chicken, roasted red peppers, mozzarella balsamic deal)

Now this is Philly right here. Now you rookies may not be familiar with cooper sharp cheese so you will be tempted to go Provolone or cheddar but stick with their award winner. Here’s what you ask for: seedless roll, finely chopped meat, lite cooper sharp, fried onions, light mayo. You’re welcome 🤣! Go Birds! The atmosphere is basic but who goes to a hoagie/sub place for ambiance and the service is good but the wait is very real if you go during peak times.

I placed my order at 10:50 AM, before the shop opened, and was given a pickup time of 11:01 AM. When I arrived, my sandwich was not ready. The staff told me to wait but failed to ask for my name or order details. While I waited, several walk-in customers were served and left before me.
Forty minutes later, I was handed an incorrect order. Only then did the staff verify my name. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for the correct sandwich to be made. Spending nearly an hour of my lunch break waiting for a pre-ordered meal is unacceptable, and I was disappointed that no one apologized for the significant delay or the inconvenience.

Order was ready, food was good. I'm rating this place poorly due to the service. It was terrible. Stood at front counter for 6 minutes before any staff even acknowledged me. I understand being busy or less staff, as I work in retail, but to not address me in any manner for that long of a period is rough. Then, the associate working there didn't do anything but walk up and not say a word. I told him my mobile order name, which I showed up 15 mins later to give them extra time, and he then walked over to a bag of two subs and said mine wasn't ready (ultimately, it was realized mine was). I waited 10 additional mins (now 27 mins after the time my sub was said to be ready), and then another associate walked up and asked my name and gave me my order. My review is mostly reflective of 1 individual, who is the reason I will recommend against this place to any friends/family that ask me. The individual was a young man (roughly between ages of 20-30), had a black shirt on, and a white hat. Ultimately, it's sad that I won't return because food was good, but service was so bad there that I can't go back.

3 ppl working and a line out the door. One person taking orders from customers that dont even look at the menu until they get to her even though its on a big board above the counter and in hand outs. She was obviously frustrated as were all the people waiting. I dont blame her unless shes mgmt. There needs to be signage stating that ppl need to be ready to order when they get to the counter. Food is good but not worth the headache.
