The combination of the eggplant and long peppers was perfect — super flavorful with just the right amount of heat. Everything tasted fresh, and the sandwich was put together really well. Definitely one of the best veggie hoagies I’ve had. Highly recommend!
- GIGeorge Stone III3 days ago3.0Tried this viral TikTok shop that I was hearing about. Honestly for the price, I wasn't impressed. Their seeded hoagie rolls make the sandwich taste different. I'm not a fan at all. Cheese steak was not the best I've tasted in Charlotte, they left off ingredients that were paid for and the wait is a little crazy for a couple of sandwiches. To go orders made before orders of in store customers. Not my cup of tea but at least I tried it. If that's what a cheese steak taste like in Philly, then I don't want another one.

It was busy so we had a small wait but the team was hustling and the manager/owner/person in charge checked on us and our order then hand delivered it apologetic over the wait. Great experience for us!

I was sad I couldn't go on opening day, but I went today (day 2) and couldn't have been more pleased with their performance out of the gate. The food quality is the same as what I've come to expect from Primo (outstanding cold cuts, great bread, sandwiches assembled quickly and correctly) so I had a fantastic lunch with a side of nostalgia. I'll be back in the next few days and many more times after that I'm sure.
