    Horrible app to place order, 21 minutes total phone wait afterwards, manager was told I was waiting and never picked up after 7 minutes. Don't recommend. *** December 27, 2022: received a polite note requesting an email with details indicating they would help. My response with copy of this review? "Began order process around 4:30 pm EST. Called the store direct at 4:48 pm. Below is my online feedback and request to reach out." *** January 16, 2023 ... weeks later? CRICKETS! Don’t recommend that you waste any time responding in the hope of a reasonable resolution.

    Ordered pizza at 7:11 pm and it is now 9:48 pm and order has not arrived. I have been on hold for over an hour, and when employee answered I requested to speak to a manager. I heard a female yelling in the back and refused to come to the phone; stated that "I had to wait". Well, I am still waiting an hour later. I finally called from my house number and it took forever for them to pick up the phone once again, and when someone answered I was told there was no order in the system for my number; then 30 minutes later I was told doordash took my order and I have to contact them because pizza hut did not have any delivery drivers. The General Manager refused to give her first name she was extremely unprofessional and rude, and I was the one inconvenienced. I will be following up with corporate office tomorrow. Do NOT ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT!!!
