One time I had uncut cinnamon sticks and this last time they were missing my breadsticks and made me a regular pizza when I ordered pan. The service is not bad, they are helpful but I like to get what I order and it’s not consistent that that will happen. Edit: after waiting 10 mins for my breadsticks the pizza and pasta cold. The pasta looks skimpy, the cashier said this is how the pan looks flattened out, and they give you the tiniest cup of marinara that realistically only would be enough for two breadsticks if that. Attached photos so you can see for yourself.

- CBCoco BeeDec 6, 20251.0This was the most horrible experience ever from Pizza Hut, soon all locations will be closed, I ordered online yesterday 2 large one topping pizzas w breadsticks, the Pizza wasn't cooked well, crust was halfway done, not enough cheese and the taste wasn't the same. Nothing like pizza hut from back in the day. Called to complain and I was told to call in the morning for store manager. Called and she answered, she was very rude, don't care attitude, asked me to bring in what was left I guess for proof, and that she will make me another pizza. I spent $30 and to give me one pizza to correct the order is insane. I will NEVER go back to NO location under this name, because they're NOTHING like they used to be, the Pizza, nor the Management, they hire anyone to run their stores because they're so desperate for help. Bad business, I'm reporting to BBB to help them go on out of business. DON'T EAT HERE!!
