- SKShadow KatNov 9, 20251.0I ordered an extra large pizza with a 2 liter Pepsi, gut instead they gave me a medium and a grape soda. they did mot pick up the phone when I called, and got transferred to three people that did not help me and just sent me to a survey when they claimed I would be talking to corporate. when I went to the restaurant, the manager (or whoever claimed to be that) refused to talk to me nor did he want to negotiate with me. they kept saying that they were out out the extra large pans and claimed that they no longer do extra large anymore, however customer service claimed they still serve that. they did not replace my soda, claiming they only had grape in stock. management is supposed to make sure you have enough product. I told them since it was a regular size and not an extra large to just add another on top to make up for that. they refused and kept insisting that I'm getting a refund and refused to negotiate on my order. they did not give me the right amount of change either but I was so pissed at them laughing and being disrespectful. I literally just got scammed. >:(

We waited until 11, and during that time we kept calling back to back but just kept getting sent to the call center. We even tried calling corporate, and one of the operators finally told us that this store doesn’t take calls and that we’d have to go in person. It’s honestly ridiculous — I never even got my pizza after waiting that long.
