  We placed a delivery order at 8:30pm and the estimated delivery time was around 9:15pm. We ended up waiting till 10pm to call the store. Apparently our order was cancelled, which we never did so it had to be on the stores end. The store put us on a call with customer support but they said the stores line is down. We were literally just on the phone with them so that didn’t make sense at all. We tried to explain that to him but it didn’t seem like he understood us so he just told us to call the store again in 30mins. We just gave up ordering from them because it was too late. Luckily we were gonna pay cash so we didn’t have to deal with refunds.

  Placed an order for delivery, it got delivered to the wrong address the lady was king enough to give me and call saying she received my order , even though I ordered through the Pizza Hut website it was delivered through DoorDash , I got in contact with the driver she said there was nothing she could do and to get in contact with the location I ordered from … after being sent around to different members of the call center for 15 minutes I got nothing, they gave me a cooperate number and I was not able to get in contact with the Location in Monroe Rd . Very disappointed in this entire experience

  This place is the worst. all those employees are the worst as well , can’t even get the order right. And I contacted the store only for them to be like yea I cant hear you after speaking to me. All those people suck. Wish I could use harsher words cause that’s what they deserve

  Ordered a thin crust pizza (WITH EXTRA CHEESE), came with barely any sauce or cheese, all you can taste is the nasty flakey crust. I expected just the crust to be thin… not everything on the pizza. Dont get thin pizzas from here 🥲

  Order pizza on 2/7 before Super Bowl on 2/8 for a delivery of 6:15pm. It’s 7:58 and nothing. The store turned off their phones and customer service is answering, stating they don’t have my order. Got a text from the 3rd party delivery service at 6:48pm and still nothing. This is insane. Ordered Dominoes, they answered their phones and had my order in an hour from start to finish. Never ordering here again. Update: charged me still, even though the order never came and phones still off the hook. This is obviously a bad example of a franchise. I will not order from here again.
