Also I ordered on the website, just to be told certain items was not on the menu, so I had to pick something else out to replace it and had to wait another additional 15 minutes.

Why he didn’t call me when he was at my apartment never was answered. I ended up going to pick up my now cold food. I asked the person who identified himself as a manager if I could be reimbursed for the delivery fee since I picked up the food. The manager said he would reimburse me the whole order. He took my name and phone number and said he would call me when the amount was returned to my card. It never happened. $40.19 lost. I see why this place gets terrible ratings. Well deserved. Avoid

I called to check on the delivery at around 2:20 since the app showed the delivery had gone out about 15 minutes prior and my home is about 8 minutes from the store. I was informed the delivery had been dispatched but that the driver was "kinda slow". So the delivery was dispatched around 2:05, I live about 8 to 10 minutes from the store and the delivery arrived 40 minutes after dispatch... definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND.
