- MLMichael LeNov 5, 20252.0Went to pick up a pizza order that we placed online, and we came by maybe 10-15 mins after it notified us that it was done. Upon arrival, the man in the front did not even acknowledge us until after after about 20 seconds of just standing there. He finally turns around after doing absolutely nothing and immediately tells us, "I'll be right with you" and walks off to the kitchen. As he walks to the kitchen, it looked like he was "cleaning" stuff up or finding things to do to avoid assisting us, and he was doing it VERY slowly. We stand and wait there for another 3-5 minutes until finally the main cook/guy who makes pizza tells someone to help us. So, another guy who just came from the back came up to us and gave us our pizza. This place seemed depressing and the guy that was in the front clearly did not care about us.

I was missing items so I called and the customer service was awful. She proceeded to tell me that I should have came in and ordered, well I’m disabled and cannot. She also couldn’t explain why I paid the price I did when it did not add up on the items I received.
