  I've been ordering from this location for years and this is by far the worst service that I've encountered with them. First, I didn't receive notification like I always do that my food arrived. It was outside for 8 minutes. Then, my order wasn't correct. The manager was great and offered to have the correct order delivered to me but it was over an hour and I had to call back to get a refund. I don't think that I will be ordering from this location again.

  I always order delivery and I specifically request that it be handed to me at the front door. Several times I've had to go out 5 minutes to pick it up and I don't complain. Other times they haven't brought the drinks and I don't complain either, but today was the last straw. I waited for over an hour and they never knocked on my door. I called the delivery driver and he didn't answer. I called the store more than 3 times and I got no solution. They left the pizza outside in the open And besides being cold, it was damaged by stray cats. I think the service they gave me today was terrible.

  I ordered a pizza at 7:16 PM it said the estimated delivery was 7:45. Then I was emailed a new delivery time of 7:55-8:05. I checked the app at 8pm and it said 8:22. At 8:20 it now says 8:40pm. I called the store and they said they could give me 50% off my next order, which apparently doesn’t work with other deals… so it’s useless. Terrible customer support.
