    I ordered pizza for delivery and they dropped my pizza off on the porch in 30 degree weather without ringing the doorbell. I called and spoke with manager and he said there was no delivery drivers so they use DoorDash drivers. He didn’t reimburse or did nothing to make it right.

    Placed a $90 order for my team for lunch. Papa Johns hands it off to DoorDash. I am delivered someone elses order, drinks, a cookie, nothing even close to what was ordered. I've been on hold now for 28 minutes to talk to a manager, who keeps just putting me back on hold. Zero intention to even attempt to make it right. Avoid this location at all costs.

    Enough is enough with this place. I order here weekly for work events and its always something. Never again, the customer service is horrible, if my order isn't cancelled its wrong or late. DO BETTER.
