You would think this would be cause for a bad review but absolutely not. Once I was made aware of the issue I contacted the store and spoke with Courtney who was pleasant, helpful and truly wanted to make sure I had a resolution to my issue. She put me in contact with Grant the store manager who again I could not have asked for a better interaction he was courteous, kind, understanding and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of as well as adding a discount to my order for the inconvenience. What most would consider an inconvenience turned into one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Grant & Courtney thank you very much!!!!

I notified the store and they remade my pizzas and had one of their drivers to deliver them instead of DoorDash. They were quick and fresh when they delivered them and I greatly appreciate it.
