    Why did I just receive an email (today 12/14/25) that this location has "permanently closed its doors"?? What in the h-e-double-hockey-sticks is going on?? Was this planned or was it abrupt? Smh, well there goes my Unlimited Sip Club membership, because this was the only location convenient to me, so now there'll be no need for me to renew it. What a disgrace, because the employees were actually very warm and cheerful.....a rarity nowadays. Shame on you Panera.

    Don't drive here thinking you will sit and dine. There is a Neverending renovation n going on. Strictly drive-through folks

    Are they ever going to open their dining room? I come by once or twice a year but nope it seems to be permanently under renovations. Really disappointing. Also very few lights on outside, giving it a pretty creepy vibe.

    The drive through is the only way to get your order, so even if you order online to avoid lines, you still get to wait in line at the drive through with everyone else whether they ordered ahead or not. Would recommend another location where the dining room is open. I will not return.

    The dinning room was closed and when we went through the drive through they were very rude so we left.
