There were maybe 10 orders in front of mine. 30 mins later (for a sandwich and some soup) and I was told it was going to be another 20 mins for my order. Needless to say I abandoned the order in preference for my flight. I get being short staffed but it’s a sandwich and some soup. Very disappointing and can’t say I’ll try this location again. If ur under a time restraint, go elsewhere.

Basically they drowned it in oil and didn't properly seal it, so the sandwich fell apart. The most worrisome part is that when I showed it to the front counter, they didn't understand what they did wrong. They just asked "ok so you want us to reseal it?" I didn't take a picture because I was too hungry and needed to catch my flight. Horrible sandwich, even after using napkins to take away most of the oil. P.S. Good luck finding alternate restaurants, the options in Charlotte suck!
