Food took forever to be made and without any of the modifications we had input from the kiosk and paid extra for. The two staff members up front were constantly scrolling on their phones and gave attitude when handing out the food orders. Almost did not have time to eat before our flight had to leave, 20 minutes in the debate to cancel the order was already in my mind, wish I would have instead of being disappointed when I finally got the chance to eat and saw I got ripped off.

However, the service was absolutely abysmal. The front-of-house staff seems completely disinterested and lost. My advice: Avoid interacting with the staff if possible. Your best bet is to order everything via the kiosks or the app and just hope that your order comes out correctly.
