  My sister and I came there for dinner on Saturday two weeks ago. The cashier was very unprofessional. She kept asking me the same thing over and over she wasn’t helpful at all . My sandwich wasn’t what I ordered. I asked the young man in the kitchen could he melt the cheese on the sandwich. He said yes and put it in the oven turned his back and never looked back the young lady handed to me .The bread was super hard I only wanted my cheese melted. Neither one of them were friendly I asked her questions she didn’t answer she just did what I asked and never said a word. When I got my soup the bowl wasn’t full. So asked could she fill it up. She said not one word. I paid $14 I’ve noticed your bowls have gotten smaller. Your prices are ridiculously high. I feel that I should at least get my moneys worth. I went to the drink station it didn’t smell good and it wasn’t clean and fruit flies were all on the wall. That was nasty and smelly. My Apple wasn’t fresh either.

  Will the manager did not I was secret shopper and he passed every test. He displays excellent cust svc and is definitely a good face for the store. Will keep doing what you're doing.

  I’m not sure how they haven’t been shut down by the health inspector at this point. The soda machine has gnats and mold on the soda Machine. The tea and juice is just as nasty has crusted stuff on the containers when you walk in and try to use the tablets they don’t work and you go up to the front desk and they ask you to use the kiosk tablets then they get mad when they actually have to help you. I ordered a large sourdough loaf and it was burnt black.
