  Ordered some food from here via grubhub (Bacon Turkey Bravo and a bowl of fireside chili). The sandwich was great but the chili was not good at all. Usually it is a good hearty chili, but tonight it was incredibly soupy and thin. Hopefully it will be better next time.

  I had a mostly pleasant experience at Panera Bread. The seating area was extremely comfortable, and the space itself was large and inviting—perfect for relaxing, working, or enjoying a meal. The staff were also very welcoming and friendly, which made a great first impression. However, when it came time to place my order, I was never asked whether my order was dine-in or takeout. I understand that many customers prefer takeout, but there are still people who come specifically to enjoy the café or restaurant atmosphere. Being automatically served in plastic cups or boxes takes away from that experience. I would really appreciate it if staff took a moment to ask or confirm whether the order is for dine-in or to-go. It’s a small detail, but it makes a big difference for customers who value the in-store dining experience. Overall, a great space and friendly service—just needs better attention to how orders are handled.

  This morning I stopped in for a bagel, but unfortunately the cream cheese was a few days past its date. Accidents happen, and what really matters to me is how they’re handled. Since I had already spread it on the bagel, I went back in to ask for a replacement bagel and cream cheese. The staff immediately jumped into action and made sure I received a fresh bagel with fresh cream cheese. The manager on duty even issued a refund and included a sweet treat on the house. The great service and care they showed is what I appreciate most, and I’ll definitely be stopping here again!

  I've heard some negative comments from people but the food is exceptional for "fast food" the staff is friendly and helpful. Where they stumble is the atmosphere. The often there are tables that havent been cleared or they are out of a beverage at the self serve . Otherwise the price is the only other consideration which is significant if you "just want something to eat" your going to spend upwards of $15-20 for a sandwich and beverage, but at least it's tasty and almost feels like it's worth the extra money. Someone once said I can do it fast, cheap or good... Pick two... Here it's not fast and cheap but fast and good.

  I was recently at this location with my toddler and having a really difficult day. Without even being asked, Karen stepped in and helped me throughout our time there. She helped me carry food, checked in on me, and showed such genuine kindness. She truly made the entire day better for me, and I cannot express how deeply I appreciated it. Beyond that experience, the food here is always consistently wonderful, and the bathrooms and restaurant are always clean and well maintained. But I especially wanted to take a moment to recognize Karen. I truly hope she knows how valued and appreciated she is, because her compassion and care made a real difference for me. Thank you, Karen. You are definitely not one of those "Karen's" 🤣
