She helped me carry food, checked in on me, and showed such genuine kindness. She truly made the entire day better for me, and I cannot express how deeply I appreciated it. Beyond that experience, the food here is always consistently wonderful, and the bathrooms and restaurant are always clean and well maintained. But I especially wanted to take a moment to recognize Karen. I truly hope she knows how valued and appreciated she is, because her compassion and care made a real difference for me. Thank you, Karen. You are definitely not one of those "Karen's" 🤣
