    HORRIBLE! The guy that I assume is the manager has a horrible attitude! It took over 20 minutes to get an egg and cheese sandwich! I asked for a cup I just wanted water for the wait and he wouldn’t even give me that as if they ain’t already taking forever with my food! He was getting so annoyed and cursing very unprofessional! He’s a heavy set caucasian man NASTY ATTITUDE!

    As with many things, Panera bagels have changed. Gone are the days of big, luscious, fabulous tasting bagels. They were special. Now they are small and dull. Today we got two of our favorites, cinnamon crunch and everything bagels. How disappointing. There was no block of cinnamon on the cinnamon crunch, and barely any crunch to speak of. Couldn’t really taste the cinnamon. The taste was bland. The consistency inside the bagel has also changed. The shape was different, it was like a dome shape. Totally different bagel. And pathetically small. Both bagels looked so ordinary. Definitely not the Panera bagels we have been loving and enjoying for years. Note to corporate: Bring the original bagels back!
